Artificial Intelligence funding has been the talk of the town off late. With the rising demand for the advanced technological requirements in possibly everything that one can think of, higher is the number of AI companies flourishing in the market. Considering how crucial AI as a technology is, AI firms receive huge financial support. That being said, here are some of the top AI funding in the last three months.

Relativity Space

Relativity Space, an aerospace company that designs, develops, and builds 3D printed rockets, has raised a whopping total of $1.3B in funding over 6 rounds. Their recent funding was the one with $650 million that was raised on 8 June 2021. This company offers a radically simplified supply chain, building a rocket with 100x fewer parts in less than 60 days. With over 60 investors including Bond, Tribe Capital, Playground Global, Y Combinator, Social Capital, and Mark Cuban, Relativity Space has left no stone unturned in grabbing attention from everywhere across the globe.

Contentsquare

Contentsquare provides a platform that provides insights and AI-powered recommendations for improving digital results across the entire customer journey. This AI firm analyzes the behaviour of the customers through billions of anonymous web, mobile, and app interactions. The knowledge gained after doing so is used to derive intelligent recommendations for users to increase revenue, engagement and growth. Contentsquare has raised total funding of $812M in funding over 5 rounds with the recent one – $500 million, held on May 25, 2021, from a Series E round.

Olive

Founded in 2012 and headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, Olive deploys the Artificial Intelligence workforce built specifically for healthcare, delivering hospitals and health systems increased revenue, reduced costs, and increased capacity. The objective is to automate all those repetitive, high-volume tasks and workflows, and also to monitor their performance, identify their improvements, and find opportunities for new work as well. As far as the AI funding of this firm is concerned, it is funded by 18 investors. Olive, in over 9 rounds has raised total funding of $856.3M. Their recent funding was raised on July 1, 2021, from a Series H round. This recent funding amounted to $400 million.

WeRide

WeRide has raised about $620M AI funding over 7 rounds with the latest funding of $310 million being raised on June 23, 2021, from a Series C round. This AI firm, that develops the most advanced autonomous driving technology to make your trip safer and more efficient, is funded by 24 investors. What is worth a mention is the fact that WeRide has received strategic investments from top-tier global automakers, including Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi Alliance and Yutong Group. Yet another point to note is that this company is the first startup in the world that holds driverless test permits in both China and the US.

Insilico Medicine

Insilico Medicine is an AI firm that develops an AI platform for drug development to treat cancer and age-related diseases. Additionally, Insilico Medicine is pursuing internal drug discovery programs in cancer, Alzheimer's Disease, ALS, dermatological diseases, diabetes, fibrosis, Parkinson's Disease, and aging, to name a few. Talking about the funding it received, it has raised a total of $306.3M in funding over 9 rounds. Their latest funding was of $255 million that was raised on June 22, 2021, from a Series C round.
