After signing up, you must build a new bot. You may accomplish this by going to your Kommunicate dashboard's "Bot Integrations" section and selecting the "Create Bot" button.
After you've finished configuring the bot, make sure it can transfer discussions to a human agent when it finds a question it can't answer. To enable this function, simply choose "Enable bot-to-human transfer" and then "Finish Bot Setup."
On the following page, you can specify whether you want the bot to handle all incoming chats or only those that it can answer.
If you want the bot to handle all interactions, simply choose "Let this bot handle all conversations" and you're good to go.

After creating a new bot, you may change it by clicking the Go to Bot Builder Button.
In the top-right corner of the page, click Settings.
Turn on the Connect with OpenAI ChatGPT toggle. When you enable ChatGPT, please turn off the Small Talk option.
Now that the integration is live, you can test it out by returning to your bot builder page and selecting the Test Bot button.
You've already signed in to kommunicate and created the bot. Go to Integrations > WhatsApp> and then click the Go Live button.

Fill out the form below after joining up for 360Dialog.
WhatsApp Phone Number: Enter the phone number associated with your 360Dialog account.
API Password: Navigate to your 360Dialog account and generate an API Key for WhatAapp.
Namespace: Navigate to the WhatsApp account area of your 360Dialog account and choose Show Details. Scroll down to the WhatsApp Business Account section in the information tab to discover Namespace.
Now that Kommunicate has been successfully merged with the WhatsApp account, send messages to the number associated with the account. These messages will also be sent to the Kommunicate chat room. If the chatbot is already installed, it will begin responding to your WhatsApp chat requests.
