Yellow.ai announced a range of partners, including major Indian technology players like Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Infosys, HCLTech, and Tech Mahindra. These alliances are meant to leverage Yellow. AI to essay technology in the enhancement of HR as well as customer service automation services.

Another person of interest is Rashid Khan, Yellow.ai's co-founder and Chief Product Officer stressed that these agreements were very important for strategic partners, saying, "We've been collaborating with numerous global system integrators to market our solutions to major corporations worldwide," although he did not mention the exact timing of these agreements.

These collaborations are part of an expanding pattern among technology firms to incorporate AI services for both external customers and their processes. Yellow.ai's system is designed to enhance the automation of HR tasks and customer support in different industries around the globe. "They are particularly interested in utilizing the Yellow platform for AI-related purposes, particularly for automating customer service roles," Khan mentioned.

Khan also mentioned that the company is involved in developing initiatives such as the Komodo 7P model, which is trained on 8.3 billion tokens on Amazon's Bedrock. Yellow.ai's system is constructed around artificial intelligence and machine learning tools, mainly utilizing Amazon Web Services (AWS) as its foundation. The firm employs AWS services such as SageMaker and Bedrock for its machine learning processes and to store models.

Additionally, Yellow.ai collaborates with smaller, specialized companies to improve strategies for engaging customers through its platform. "When working with these smaller companies, the emphasis is on improving customer experiences. They assist companies in developing their plans for how to communicate with customers," Khan mentioned.
