The instant camera brand, Polaroid, has now set foot officially in India with Luxury Personified, a strategic new partner for expansion in the Asia-Pacific region.
A variety of the latest instant cameras from Polaroid will be available in Indian markets to combine the iconic history of the brand with the best modern technology.
Monica Tsang, Vice President, of Polaroid Asia-Pacific, was excited about the brand's foray into India, calling it "a market that embodies creativity and innovation". Polaroid, she said, has a mission to inspire a new wave of photographers and storytellers, marrying rich heritage with modern features to deliver a unique experience.
The Indian product lineup will include high-tech instant cameras, such as Polaroid I-2, Polaroid Now Generation 2, Polaroid Go Generation 2, and Polaroid Now Plus Generation 2. Cameras contain autofocus double exposure and eco-friendly designs for professional and amateur photographers.
Kush Malik, Partner at Luxury Personified explained that this collaboration brings together the best of imagery expertise and technological innovation. The collaboration seeks to deliver exceptional experiences to both professional photographers and those using the product on an everyday level. Luv Malik, Kush’s colleague, said that it will enhance visual storytelling.
The Polaroid product will be available to millions of Indians on the biggest e-commerce portals such as Amazon India and Flipkart. It will also be available at its imaging stores, LFRs, and speciality shops.
