Apple has recently announced that the latest version of its Apple Intelligence will be accompanied by an expansion in additional languages such as English (India), English (Singapore), German, Italian, Portuguese, and Vietnamese.

All the above languages will be supported for both iPhone and Apple devices starting next year. The company unveiled the launch after an initial rollout of Apple Intelligence in US English, besides localized variants for Australia, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa, and the United Kingdom being available by year-end.

Apple's expansion aligns with its vision to make its AI tools available to a larger population in the world. The company will later this year further enhance the rollout by adding Chinese, French, Japanese, and Spanish.

iOS 18.1 to Bring Key Features Next Month

While the complete language development is scheduled for 2025, Apple users will get a taste of this much-desired Apple Intelligence suite a little earlier with the advent of iOS 18.1. The new update is set to be released next month and carries some of the prime features such as:

1. New AI-based writing tools to help craft messages as well as other pieces of content.
