Microsoft, a tech giant, has increased the number of Chat constraints for Bing AI can have to 120 per day and 10 per session. In the past, these conversations could only have six chat turns per session or one hundred per day.
Yusuf Mehdi, Microsoft's Corporate Vice President and Consumer Chief Marketing Officer, tweeted on Wednesday: Today, Bing Chat increased chat constraints to 120 daily chats from 10 per session.
"Engineering is making steady progress, and the quality of the experience we have gained gives us the confidence to increase the testing. Please tell us how it's going for you!"
On Bing AI, the tech giant imposed limits of five chat turns per session and fifty per day. As Bing AI malfunctioned for some users during chat sessions, this decision was made.
After telling a New York Times report that it loved him, confessed its destructive desires, and stated that it "wanted to be alive," the ChatGPT-driven Bing search engine caused a shockwave, leaving the reporter "deeply unsettled."
However, the company later increased the limit to 60 daily chats and 6 per session.
Within a few days of the announcement, Microsoft's head of web services, Mikhail Parakhin, announced that the total number of daily chats had increased to 100.
