Vodafone Idea's FPO Debut: A Bold Bet on Telecom's Future

The FPO subscription of Vodafone Idea is scheduled to open yesterday( 18th April, Thursday) (22nd April, Monday) and close on. The price range of ₹10 to ₹11 each and is sent by Vodafone Idea FPO band. Beyond that,1,298 equity shares have their least bid limit, and multiple bids equal shares placed 1,298. Strong appears about the  FPO issue experts in the entire market.

₹18,000 crore equity shares combining a fresh issue involves the total offer size of Vodafone Idea FPO.

Following the firm, finance uses the new issues from the net proceeds, According to RHP's red herring prospectus.

  1. Network infrastructure expansion of its equipment acquisition, this includes 12,750 crores amounting:(a) 4G new sites have launched; (b) Existing both new 4G sites for capacity of augmentation and (c) 5G new sites have launched;

  2. 2,175 crores amounting to GST thereon and DoT for spectrum creation payments and (d) purposes of the general corporate remaining amount.

A 32.19% shareholding quarter March ended pattern(Q4FY24)  based on the Vodafone idea in government stake. A 36% government stake has transformed Vodafone Idea's unpaid debt, making the firm Indian government the largest stakeholder, as per the news reports by 2022.

It ended with a 1.82% downfall at ₹ 12.92 on BSE apiece and share price on Tuesday's session by Vodafone Idea.

The expected price listing for VI FPO is ₹12.5  projecting a gain of 13.64% and the Grey Market Premium (GMP) for Vodafone Idea FPO is at  ₹1.50 as per investorgain.com.
