The legal department at FTX will have a busy week. In addition, FTX attorneys are suing LayerZero, an on-chain interoperability protocol, to recover lost funds totaling US$21 million. The exchange is requesting regulatory authority to sell US$3.4 billion in cryptocurrency holdings. A US$3.4 billion asset sale proposed by the legal team of the collapsed exchange is expected to be approved by Delaware Bankruptcy Court judges on September 13.
