Through counseling sessions and classroom instruction, HCL's "iBelieve" program for women focuses on helping them advance their careers. This paid training program guarantees women who want to work in the IT business a beginning salary of Rs. 2.58 lakh. HCL ensures that women who enroll in the program will receive new training in business and technical skills so they can handle the challenging occupations of today. Depending on the varying levels of expertise of the women enrolled in this program, the length, and type of instruction will vary.
