San Francisco, CA — June 06th, 2018 — According to online records at CrunchBase and provided by MedWhat, Stanford University's Stanford-StartX Fund and Magic Stone Alternative Investments (MSA), and their partners Suzanne Fletcher, Susan Weinstein, and Jenny Zeng, invested in MedWhat while simultaneously investing in MedWhat's direct competitor, medical startup Sense.ly (Sensely), a virtual medical assistant and AI company. Both companies compete for the same type of customers and develop same technologies.

Suzanne Fletcher, Susan Weinstein, and Jenny Zeng never disclosed to MedWhat about investing in Sense.ly even though under contract with MedWhat they had a fiduciary duty to disclose any action that could cause harm to MedWhat, be a conflict of interest or send a red flag signal to new MedWhat future investors.

Additionally, MedWhat's lawsuit plaintiff Regent Capital and partner Ling Yang is also an investor in a competing company with MedWhat, virtual medical assistant Comper.
