Our contribution to these sectors is that we are providing really high-quality talent who are trained from the first day with the most relevant tools. We focus on preparing the students from the curriculum to holistic development to meet the industry-standard so that they can land their dream job.

Kindly share your point of view on the current scenario of Big Data Analytics and its future.

Big Data Analytics is a very fast-growing field globally and it's a field that will grow even more in the coming years simply because the amount of data is increasing exponentially year by year. So we have to constantly keep updating our tools to deal with big data. It's a great industry for young people to get into as there is a lot of unstructured data and so there will be a lot of interesting opportunities for them to deal with.

We feel that the data science industry from all different aspects like IoT/Big Data/AI etc is an incredible place to be in which is just 10 or 15 years old and We believe it is an industry that will continue to grow in the near future due to the increasing amount of data and the computer equipment or processing power we are using to deal with it.

How are disruptive technologies like IoT/Big Data analytics/AI/Machine Learning/Cloud computing impacting today's innovation?

One of the unique features of this field is that it applies to each and every industry in the world and helps in transforming these industries. For example 10 or 20 years back people wouldn't have thought about how data science can impact an automotive company currently, the most valuable automotive company Tesla is a data-focused automotive company launching self-driving cars.

How is the Big Data/AI/Robotics industry changing? What are some of the key technology transformations in this space?

All the aspects of the data science industry from loT to big data are an incredible place to be in. It's an industry that is just 10-15 yr old and will keep growing in the near future. The amount of data we are producing daily is increasing as time passes by . Also, the computing devices and processing power we have at our disposal to deal with this data are increasing exponentially. This leads to people doing things much smarter and more efficiently as we are going to make decisions based on data and patterns and analysis of data. Some of the key technology transformations in this space are self-driving cars /voice recognition software.

How does your company's rich expertise help uncover patterns with powerful analytics and machine learning?

Skillenable doesn't directly deal with analyzing data. We don't really do machine learning for ourselves, we train people who would go to companies and help uncover patterns. We have been working for 2 years now our companies use data science to select the students who are the best fit for the industry. we have a data-driven selection process. We look at over 100 different data points. We get around 5000-6000 applications a month and so we uncover patterns in this data to help select the best fit for the data science industry.

How does your company's strategy facilitate the transformation of an enterprise?

Skillenable strategies when it comes to working with enterprises are providing them with ready-to-work with students from the first day. This ensures they pay nothing for hiring v/s what they would pay to consultants also would not have to waste time to train their employees and spend resources on them.

Would you like to highlight a few use cases where analytics has benefitted the organization tremendously?

One of the features of SkillEnable is the learn now pay later option which gets an enormous amount of candidates. We use a data science and data analytics framework to select these students and understand who is the best fit for the industry.

The latest employment trends in the big data and analytics industry are very encouraging for new job seekers as the amount of hiring is very strong, especially in India. India is becoming a hub for data science because of the kind of technical talent we have here. It's something that we feel will keep growing over the years especially because if the growth in the entire industry. All companies from manufacturing to retail to healthcare are hiring data scientists.
