A full-time on-site position for a QA Automation + Java Spring Boot Engineer. Day-to-day responsibilities will include creating and executing automated test scripts, performing quality control and assurance operations, managing and monitoring quality standards, conducting quality audits, and assuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Create and run automated test scripts with Selenium WebDriver, Java, and other appropriate tools to assure the quality and dependability of our software applications. Work with development teams to discover, assess, and prioritize test needs, as well as generate detailed test plans and test cases. Create and implement API automation tests to ensure the operation, performance, and security of our apps. Troubleshoot and diagnose software flaws, collaborating with development teams to fix issues and ensure timely resolution.
Overall 5 + years of professional experience as an automation tester preferably with Selenium-JAVA. Experience in testing UIs and web services. Experience working on automation frameworks and upgrades (Selenium, Robot Framework, etc.). Participate in the setup of the Automation framework from scratch. Developing and assisting the testing team to ensure the project's success.
Create and run a variety of tests, including functional, system, integration, end-to-end, black box, regression, API, and database testing. Manage and prioritize testing to ensure that the project meets its milestones, deadlines, and goals. Create and/or maintain automation test scripts to speed up testing time to market. Provide traceability of test cases and execution results.
Should be proficient in the automation life cycle, planning, and execution. Must be willing to execute a 100% individual contributor position. Must be willing to work throughout UK hours (12 PM IST to 9 PM IST). The post will allow you to work in specific functional areas of Global Markets. Functional knowledge and experience with capital markets and related projects are highly recommended.
