Our own evolution to being 'digitally focused' began in 2013. It was based on a series of serious analyses coupled with starting new client dialogues about the changes they were experiencing related to a new phenomenon; one that was – slowly but surely – disrupting every business in every industry segment. Trianz decided to lead the charge in creating the right portfolio before digital transformation became fashionable in the industry. As a result, we successfully crafted the right service model (from strategy through technology implementation and managed services), inked the right technology partnerships, and built the necessary organizational culture required for the multidisciplinary collaboration demanded by this new shift.
Trianz concentrated its entire focus on the Cloud-Analytics-Digital-Security practices by establishing major partnerships with leading tech innovators including Microsoft, AWS, ServiceNow, IBM, and Informatica among others. This approach resulted in the firm clocking a revenue growth of over 30 percent year on year.
In 2015, Trianz acquired Axon Networks, a leading Cloud Consulting and Infrastructure Services company, which laid the foundation for a competitive edge while positioning us to offer a greater range of services in the Cloud and Infrastructure space. Ganeshan's skill in shaping i2i (Idea to Implementation) client relationships is acknowledged by experts across industries.
At Trianz, Ganeshan heads the Global Technology Services (GTS) function. His key contributions in this role are redefining the delivery of digital transformation-facilitating technology solutions to clients, leading global delivery for Trianz' marquee client groups, and building high-performance global teams. Prior to Trianz, Ganeshan was associated with an India-headquartered information technology, consulting and business process services major for more than 15 years in various leadership roles.
Ganeshan is an engineering graduate and also holds business management degrees from the Indian Institute of Science (India) and The Wharton School.
