Aspirity is a full-cycle offshore web development agency focused on providing complex front-end solutions with its strong UI/UX design expertise. The team at Aspirity helps companies to stay focused on the actual business part while leaving the digital side to the experts. Aspirity offers deep expertise in admin panels and dashboard creation which makes the company an ideal choice for projects that deal with data visualization. Aspirity takes on long-term projects and provides constant feedback to clients.
The leaders started Aspirity as a startup ten years ago. For the first three years since inception, the co-founders of the company, Alex Efremov, and Gosha Savchenko, tried to monetize a project called LangPrism, which is a global service for crowdsourcing translations of websites. When the funding ran out, the plan had to pivot. _So, the company began to provide software outsourcing development services, and later, the team quickly grew from five to fifty members. Today, Aspirity makes quality user interfaces and pays special attention to data visualization. The mission of the company lies in freeing up time and space for people to come up with new ideas and develop creative approaches.
Both the founders, Gosha and Alex and the CEO Ratibor Sekirov, enthusiastically take part in design and developers conferences and present the best teamwork for the company. They are very active in sharing their experiences on social media too. The leaders' frequent posts on LinkedIn and occasional YouTube videos are among some of those.
Besides, the trio makes a point to organize certain personal growth meetups within the company, where each department gets an opportunity to share their experience and knowledge. The team conducts these meetings on real-life advice like filing taxes and investments too. The company has also been working with several universities, sponsoring Olympiads by providing internship opportunities with further employment opportunities for many in the industry.
Talking about the core design development at Aspirity, Alex describes that the company develops its own templates and tools and later publishes them on ThemeForest. An Aspirity Web Template (AWT) allows enhancing the speed of the design development for projects with data visualization. This is a design system with working components that can be customized with great detail where a dialogue between designers and developers has also been achieved. So, in this way, AWT became a set of rules and approaches to product design.
Ratibor, the CEO, claims that the team at Aspirirty collaborates with universities. It is known for organizing internships and mentoring students while creating and teaching unique courses to enhance their skills. Ratibor mentions that it also provides universities with an understanding of business demands, in particular for foreign clients. He adds that Aspirirty is not competing with local IT companies for clients, but is competing for talent. The company's high requirements for developers and designers also raise the bar and hence improve the market as a whole.
Gosha, one of the founders, reassures that the partnership with universities helps the company grow. Aspirity has also established some internal key values such as personal development and improvement of hard and soft skills to name a few.
He asserts that the company is responsible for organizing the regional entrepreneur's community, for those who wish to work in the international market. Besides, there is a special approach to the selection of the projects they work for. Usually, innovative companies or clients who need complex systems that have no analogs are chosen for projects, such as Shoreline Software.
Gosha reveals that once, Aspirity has made it into the Mashable's "The 20 Hottest Startups in Russia" with the project LangPrism. He adds that the company frequently takes part and wins prizes in Russian contests, but the main reward is feedback from multiple clients. The ratings on Clutch and Upwork are consistently high with a 5-star author rating on ThemeForest with more than four thousand sales of products.
Alex and his team estimate that the interface of the future to complete the absence of an interface in its usual sense. It is believed that in the future this will grow into some kind of metaverse and move into virtual reality. Such ideas are the ones that drive the company towards the goal which stands by the principle to always follow new trends and make the best and most relevant UX.
He concludes that Aspirity is ready to explore the full extent of possibilities that the user interface has to offer, whether it is about the voice interfaces or the ones that can be controlled with a power of thought.
