According to the announcement, a leading global enterprise GPU-Server, original equipment manufacturer (OEM), and Artificial Intelligence (AI) infrastructure-as-a-service provider (the “Strategic Partner”) name a new collaboration with SLNH), a developer of green data centers for Bitcoin mining and other intensive computational purposes.
Through its newly formed subsidiary Soluna Cloud, which is focused on environment-friendly and scalable AI cloud and hosting services, the Strategic Partner has signed an agreement to address an initial cluster of NVIDIA H100 GPUs. The collaboration entails the Strategic Partner deploying Soluna supercomputers to the AI applications, which demand a huge amount of energy to improve efficiency.
At the commencement of Soluna Cloud operations, the strategic partner will offer AI cloud service through renewable-powered data centers. The data centers will be high-performance computing centers. Through the use of cutting-edge facilities that are tailored for their energy efficiency and sustainability, Soluna Cloud will achieve the required environmental sustainability of its operations. Soluna’s Helix data centers will be more than just a cost-efficient option for clients; they will also be a growth pathway as they demand more energy from renewables. Additionally, this partnership expands the range of outputs of SCL Cloud services beyond the only bare-metal infrastructure, including the partner’s complete software program for AI pipelines.
Soluna CEO John Belizaire expressed his excitement about teaming up with a leading global enterprise computing company, stating, “We are honored to enter this collaboration to launch Soluna Cloud. Our new partner is a leader in supercomputing and is aligned with our mission to make AI more sustainable. Partnering with them to introduce our AI Cloud services jumpstarts our enterprise operations as we finalize the development of our cutting-edge Helix data centers, specifically designed for AI applications.”
“Enterprises need platforms that allow rapid deployment of AI workloads without needing a lot of expertise, data center infrastructure, and large budgets,” added Belizaire. “The convergence of AI and Renewable energy is our novel approach to address the surging electricity demands of Generative AI.”
With H100 row deployment, the new farm will bring Soluna Cloud a considerable annual income. Users of NVIDIA H100 GPUs will be able to purchase them very soon, and those who are interested in this product should join the waiting list. As its AI cloud attracts more clients, Soluna expects to seize the moment of growth in the months ahead.
