To Develop an AI Coding Assistant for Its Engineers, Meta Is Looking to OpenAI.

An AI coding assistant for Meta's engineers is reportedly being developed by Microsoft and OpenAI, the former Facebook.

As per reports, OpenAI has gotten US$300 million from VCs at a US$27-US$29 billion valuation.

He disclosed that the business is also developing a "companion that is more about all of our code and internal documentation, built on our infrastructure."

"We're moving very quickly. I think we'll have something to play with inside, I'm trusting in mid-June, perhaps late June," Bosworth said.
