People's ideas may now be converted into text using a new ChatGPT, Bard-like AI tool

A new AI system has been developed by scientists in the United States that can turn a person's brain activity.

The framework, created by a group at the College of Texas at Austin depends to some degree on a transformer model.

Transformer models like the ones that power Open computer-based intelligence's ChatGPT and Google's Poet.

The study's authors claim that it could aid people who are mentally alert but physically unable to speak.

Such as stroke victims, in regaining their capacity for intelligent communication.
