These three Top IT Companies TCS, Wipro, and Infosys have trained their employees with GenAI Skills.
The largest IT services company in India, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), has trained approximately 300,000 employees in GenAI skills, leading the initiative.
Infosys followed up with training 250,000 employees in GenAI skills.
While Wipro trained over 225,000 employees, with varying levels of expertise, ranging from fundamentals to advanced levels.
Also, HCLTech plans to train 50,000 employees , and LTIMindtree trained over 20,000 employees in GenAI capabilities.
