The stock market is witnessing a continuation rally today with both the BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty 50 slightly up. As of the latest reading, the Nifty 50 is currently trading at 24,968.70 up 0.54% or 133.60 points and with a day range of 24,798.65 to 24,971 so far. 

The BSE Sensex trades at 81,785.91 showing a gain of 0.54% or 436.36 points and has moved between 81,230.44 and 81,815.27 so far today. The Nifty Bank index is also performing well up 0.89% or 455.75 points at 51,876.00 and with a day range of 51,260.05 to 51,957.75 so far.

The market uptrend is supported by positive Q1 FY24-25 earnings results with 646 out of 4,585 companies reporting so far. The overall revenue growth year-over-year stands at 12.71% while net profit has increased by 5.02%. Today, 85 companies are scheduled to release their earnings reports.

Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited is leading the pack with a 4.07% increase. The stock opened at 338.55 and has reached a high of 359.05, currently trading at 351.65. Its previous close was 337.90.

Tata Motors is showing strong performance with a 3.69% gain. Opening at 1,125.80, it touched a high of 1,179.00 and is now trading at 1,165.45. The stock closed at 1,124.00 yesterday.

NTPC Limited is up 3.29%, opening at 397.00 and reaching a high of 412.70. It's currently trading at 406.85 compared to its previous close of 393.90.

Bajaj Finserv has gained 2.94% opening at 1,614.00 and hitting a high of 1,666.20. The stock is now trading at 1,664.75  up from yesterday's close of 1,617.15.

Power Grid Corporation of India is also up 2.94% after starting the day at 345.00 and reaching 356.95. It's currently at 352.40 compared to the previous close of 342.35.

Asian Paints has risen 1.97% opening at 2,973.50 and touching a high of 3,032.80. It's now trading at 3,012.80 up from yesterday's 2,954.70 close.

Adani Enterprises is up 1.63% after starting at 3,092.00 and reaching 3,147.20. The stock is currently at 3,139.80 compared to its previous close of 3,089.35.

HDFC Bank has gained 1.52% after opening at 1,602.00 and hitting a high of 1,629.95. It's now trading at 1,629.50 up from yesterday's close of 1,605.05.

IndusInd Bank is up 1.40% after starting at 1,411.50 and reaching 1,432.70. The stock is currently at 1,431.20 compared to its previous close of 1,411.50.

Maruti Suzuki India has gained 1.34%, opening at 12,760.00 and touching a high of 12,968.80. It's now trading at 12,922.05 up from yesterday's close of 12,751.55.
