Motorola Razr 50s Ultra details regarding the design and charging abilities of the device have appeared online. It is a foldable phone set to be placed just below the Razr 50 series. The phone is expected to pack some upgrades, such as wireless charging along with better design features.

Design Similar to the Razr 50 Ultra

The leaked details show a design similar to the Razr 50 Ultra. Based on images leaked from the Wireless Power Consortium, certification site, the phone has a rectangular front cover extending to its hinge. The phone has two circular rear camera sensors placed near a flash unit in the top left corner like the previous versions of the phone. This will allow the phone to be completely flat.

The device will feature a different dark gray vegan leather finish with a light gray stripe running vertically down the middle. The Motorola logo and "Razr" branding are placed prominently on the backside.

Volume and power buttons are at the right edge of the clamshell foldable, and there is a speaker grill at the bottom edge along with a USB Type-C port. Bezels should be relatively slim, and the front camera will go into a hole-punched slot in the middle.

After the leak other tweets quickly circulated on social media platforms after the initial leak.

Wireless and Fast-Wired Charging Support

As shown in the images posted by the Wireless Power Consortium, the phone will provide 15W Qi wireless charging. Thus, providing much convenience to those who prefer wireless charging.

The phone also retains 44W fast wired charging, a capability that had been listed on the SGS Fimko certification site. It means the Razr 50s Ultra will offer users flexibility along with faster charging times. This should make the whole package highly desirable for buyers who count battery performance as one of the critical aspects of a foldable phone.

Variants and Possible Launch Timeline

The Razr 50s Ultra has surfaced on several certification portals with model number XT2451-6. Other versions with different model numbers from the series such as XT2451-1, XT2451-2, XT2451-3, XT2451-4, and XT2451-5 are expected to be released. These variants could come with different configurations like RAM or storage options in order to give customers a whole range of options.

The Motorola Razr 50s Ultra is likely to be launched with a simple model, the Motorola Razr 50s. The company is keeping mum about the exact launch date, though updates may emerge in the coming weeks.

Motorola's Foldable Phone Strategy

The Razr 50s Ultra is set to take its position under the pricier variant, the Razr 50 lineup, with the recently announced Razr 50 Ultra. The Razr 50 Ultra has been lauded for its great cover display with fast camera performance and charging capabilities.

New wireless charging aspects are added into the same design, in which the Razr 50s Ultra proudly offers consumers a premium foldable, and affordable design. Motorola Razr 50s Ultra surely seems to be one of the most promising inclusions in the foldable phone market so far.
