The popular chatbot from OpenAI, ChatGPT, is back online following a brief but significant outage on Wednesday morning. Before 9 a.m. ET, the chatbot started giving users error responses. This affected not just OpenAI's API services, which are utilized by over two million developers, but also its services. Users of ChatGPT were informed that the service was "at capacity right now," and a status page described the problem as a "major outage."

Over the next eight days, the US Securities and Exchange Commission may approve each of the twelve spot Bitcoin exchange-traded fund (ETF) applications that are now pending. The SEC has a "window" to approve all 12 spot Bitcoin ETF filings, including Grayscale's conversion of its GBTC trust product, beginning on November 9 in the United States, according to Bloomberg ETF analysts James Seyffart and Eric Balchunas. However, they emphasized that this is only a possibility.
