On Monday, the Punjab and Haryana High Court used artificial intelligence (AI) to assist in the bail hearing of an accused named Jaswinder Singh, who was sentenced to prison in June 2020 for rioting, criminal intimidation, murder, and criminal conspiracy. This was the first time OpenAI's ChatGPT chatbot was used to evaluate global perspectives on "bail jurisprudence" in an Indian court. While examining the bail plea, Justice Anoop Chitkara's bench asked the chatbot for its opinion. For rioting, criminal intimidation, murder, and criminal conspiracy, the defendant was jailed in June 2020. Jaswinder Singh had moved toward the HC mentioning standard bail.
It is not immediately apparent that leaders can mitigate the impact of layoffs in several ways. In a further move by Washington against the once-flying sector, a top US market regulator on Monday charged cryptocurrency giant Binance and its founder Changpeng Zhao with multiple violations. The charges against Binance, the largest cryptocurrency exchange in the world, were part of a campaign to "find and stop misconduct in the volatile and risky digital asset market," according to Rostin Behnam, chairman of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). The charges designated Zhao, likewise realized by his Twitter handle CZ, and three substances that make up his crypto realm.
