BLS E-Services IPO Details: BLS E-Services Limited, a subsidiary of BLS International Services, has recently made headlines with its Initial Public Offering (IPO) that opened for subscription on January 30, set to close on February 1. The net proceeds from the IPO will be utilized for various purposes, including financing the establishment of BLS Stores, acquisition of businesses, general corporate purposes, and strengthening technology infrastructure.
