  • Able to design and develop production standards in cooperation with management and user personnel. 
  • Figure out how to manufacture parts or products, or deliver services with maximum efficiency. 
  • Confer with clients about customizing the products of their need.
  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or any other equivalent subjects.
  • Hand-on experience on practical industrial engineering projects.
