Codleo is one of the most trusted IT companies in the market. Starting with an aim to transform the work process of different business organizations, it has expertise in executing strategic business ideas by using the latest technologies for enhanced customer experience. It is a CMMI Level 3 certified company that works at par with global standards. With a culture of addressing business needs and building strong customer relationships, it is serving 120+ clients across different domains including healthcare, education, manufacturing, immigration, and non-profit organizations. It has an in-house team of 100+ young professionals.

Launched in 2019, Codleo brings together a broad range of services within the areas of Digital Marketing, Marketing automation, and CRM. Identifying themselves as digital transformers and solutions providers, they provide additional services of Salesforce Consulting Implementation, Integration, and Support solutions. In its digital marketing wing, they take care of the brand's online presence along with extending marketing, branding, and automating.

  1. With what mission and objectives, the company was set up? In short, tell us about your journey since the inception of the company.

Its founders decided to build a company whose objective was to deliver holistic solutions for customers, rather than consult and leave them with just technology / digital tools. The Salesforce CRM services company would bat for its customers and empower them to forge deeper and lasting bonds with their customers. Codleo Salesforce Consultancy was launched in April 2019 by the three founders, with determination, inspiration, and self-belief. Our abiding mission is to connect our customers with their customers.

The company since its launch has gone from strength to strength, with a 100+ team and growing, over 120 worldwide clients in a range of industries, 158 successful CRM & digital transformation projects under its belt, opened offices across India, and select global business destinations as well as becoming a Summit tier partner (the highest level) of Salesforce Inc.

The global Software as a Service (SaaS) market size was valued at USD 251.17 billion in 2022. The market is projected to grow to USD 883.34 billion by 2029, exhibiting a CAGR of 19.7% during the forecast period.

As per industry estimates, the Indian SaaS market is expected to reach $20-25 billion by 2025. The Indian Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) ecosystem has become a global leader behind only the US in scale and maturity, according to a report by global management consulting firm Bain and Company.

The Salesforce marketplace known as Salesforce Appexchange supports Codleo as Independent Software Vendor and SaaS provider to maximize marketplace opportunity. Integration of emerging techs such as AI, RPA, and chat GPT are key factors that are driving the market of SaaS and Codleo is supporting these integrations for simplified collaboration & communication.

We are a company with a heart, and we love what we do. Our customer-centric approach (Customer is King) that guides our daily operations is our differentiator.

We are here to build and nurture relationships. Life is all about relationships (professional or personal) and these relationships are the soul of a company. These professional relationships become successful with coaching, mentoring, motivating, and rewarding colleagues & employees –helping them to grow personally and professionally. This has been the leadership mantra that I received from my late parents who were educationists & social workers.

  1. What are the skill sets that you specifically look for while hiring them at an initial stage?

The skills set we look for in initial hiring is a mix of soft and technical skills. It includes Logical reasoning, aptitude, patience, and of course background in tech education. If candidates come with certifications, it adds to their value.

  1. How do you see the company and the industry in the future ahead?

The company and the industry have a bright future ahead. As the company completes 4 years of its existence, it is on a consolidation cum growth phase both in terms of staff strength, global footprint, and range of services. Our CSR Wing – Codleo Foundation is on a mission to increase the army of techies who are employable with our free tech courses such as Salesforce Admin and Salesforce Developer.

Similarly, with the tech industry in India and the world on the rise with high demand from all types of businesses, we are positioning ourselves for being at the right place at right time. The value of CRM is on the rise, and it has a golden future because of increasing demand from all quarters of business.
