Stacia has been working in the subject of BI since 1984, and she is one of Microsoft's most well-known business intelligence experts. She has gained eight Microsoft MVP awards since 2011 and is the author of 12 publications on various topics of SQL Server BI.

Varga, who launched her own business, Data Inspirations, in 2006, is an authorized consulting partner of SQLskills.com and a well-known face at PASS and SQL server connection events.
