Goldman Sachs provides a 12-week Returnship program for professionals who have taken a two-year or longer break from career. 2. Amazon Returnship Program

Amazon has a 16-week returnship program for professionals who have taken a one-year career hiatus. The program offers participants training, mentorship, and networking opportunities, as well as the opportunity to collaborate on projects. At the end of the program, successful participants may be offered full-time positions.

3. IBM Tech Re-entry Program

IBM has a 12-week returnship program for technical experts who have been out of the workforce for at least two years. The ReStart Returnship program is a 16-week compensated program that includes professional development, training, and support. The Career ReStart Direct-Hire program places trainees in full-time, benefit-eligible work. Anyone who has been out of the job for at least 12 months, has at least five years of experience, and satisfies the eligibility requirements for roles of interest is eligible to participate.
